두산아트센터 두산갤러리는 《두산아트랩 전시 2026》을 1월 28일(수)부터 3월 7일(토)까지 개최한다. ‘두산아트랩’은 두산아트센터가 시각 예술과 공연 예술 부문의 신진 예술가를 발굴하고 지원하기 위해 2010년부터 진행해 온 프로그램으로, 시각 분야에서는 35세 이하의 작가 다섯 명을 공모로 선정해 단체전의 형태로 소개한다. 이번 《두산아트랩 전시 2026》에는 박예림, 송지유, 오정민, 이동현, 이희단 작가가 참여하여 판화, 회화, 영상, 조각, 설치 총 12점을 선보인다.

다섯 명의 작가는 각자의 힘과 고유한 감각을 출발점 삼아, 주어진 세계 안에서 자신만의 장소를 구축한다. 그 장소는 기억과 시간을 통과하며 남은 흔적이자, 세계와 어긋나는 과정에서 생겨난 균열의 자리다. 이들은 밀려난 위치에서 기묘한 평온을 감각하고, 때로는 신체 내부라는 가장 안쪽으로 거주지를 옮기며, 오류로 규정된 상태 안에서 기존의 정상성을 흔든다. 그렇게 형성된 각자의 세계는 견고해 보이는 질서의 틈새로 스며들며, 스스로의 몫을 조금씩 확장해 나간다. 이러한 움직임은 자신의 영역을 과도하게 넓히려는 방향으로 나아가지 않는다. 오히려 스스로의 테두리를 살피고 다듬으며, 바깥과 맺는 희미한 연결의 방식을 탐색하는 태도에 가깝다. 이는 주변을 섬세하게 살피고 발끝에 힘을 주어 균형을 유지하는 일처럼, 사려 깊고 정직한 선택의 반복 속에서 이루어진다.

DOOSAN Art Center DOOSAN Gallery is pleased to present DOOSAN ART LAB Exhibition 2026, on view from Wednesday, January 28th to Saturday, March 7th, 2026. Launched in 2010, DOOSAN ART LAB is a support program dedicated to discovering and fostering emerging artists in the visual and performing arts. Through an open call, five visual artists aged 35 and under are selected to have their work shown at a group exhibition. DOOSAN ART LAB Exhibition 2026 features twelve works including painting, print, video, sculpture, and installation by Rim Park, Jiu Song, Jeongmin Oh, Lee Dong-hyun, and Ridane Lee.

The five artists featured in the exhibition construct their own places here using their individual strengths and sensibilities as a starting point. Those places are both the traces formed over the course of memory and time, as well as sites of fracturing that arise through misalignment with the world. In their displaced positions, the artists sense a curious serenity, shifting their dwelling to the innermost realm of the body’s interior or shaking up normalcy within states that are defined as “false.” The worlds constructed in the process permeate into the cracks of a robust order, gradually increasing the share that is their own. They do not strive to overly broaden their scope; instead, they establish faint linkages with the outside through their ongoing efforts to observe and examine their own boundaries. This is realized through thoughtful and honest choices—like maintaining balance on one’s tiptoes as they carefully observe their surroundings.

*전시 시작일인 1월 28일(수)에는 오후 5시부터 7시까지 오프닝 리셉션이 진행되며, 전시 관람은 오전 11시부터 가능합니다.

The opening reception will be held from 5 pm to 7 pm on Wednesday, January 28th, and viewing will be available from 11 am.
